How to Import Goods from China – Made Simple

Provide your customer code to the shop/factory.
Provide your code and the assigned warehouse address to ship goods.

Goods arrive at the China warehouse.
We weigh, measure, and inspect the goods, then load the container and export: 5–7 days by truck or 15–20 days by sea.
Goods arrive at the Thai warehouse.
Once the goods arrive, our team will inform the customer, and real-time tracking is also available through the app.

Payment
Make the shipping payment and submit proof. Delivery starts after confirmation

Goods are delivered or picked up at the warehouse.
We deliver goods to the customer, or you may choose to pick them up at our warehouse.

Term of Service
- For transportation convenience, customers are kindly requested to check the product type with the company staff before each shipment by providing the product image and product name for verification prior to shipping.
The company reserves the right to inspect and verify the product type in order to record and register product information.
The company does not accept the shipment of illegal goods of any kind or goods that are flammable. The company shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, or costs arising in such cases.
Customers must ensure that their supplier or factory in China clearly indicates the customer code on each package, followed by the shipping method: by truck (EK), by sea (SEA), or by air (M). If no shipping method is specified, the company reserves the right to ship the goods by truck by default.
Delivery time may vary from the stated schedule, as international transportation is subject to many factors beyond the company’s control, such as weather conditions, traffic, policies, or regulations of each country.
- The company provides free delivery within Bangkok and its metropolitan area (as designated by the company) for shipments with a delivery charge exceeding 3,000 THB per invoice. In cases where the delivery charge is less than 3,000 THB, an additional handling fee of 300 THB will be applied.
When the company delivers goods to the customer at the specified delivery address, the company will always call to arrange an appointment before delivery. If the customer is unable to receive the goods, if there is no recipient, or if the recipient refuses to accept the goods during the first delivery attempt, and the company must arrange a second delivery, the customer agrees to pay additional delivery service charges according to the company’s terms and conditions.
If the customer requests delivery outside of Bangkok and its metropolitan area (as designated by the company), the company will arrange delivery through a third-party logistics provider or another transport company chosen by the customer. Domestic shipping charges shall be paid directly by the customer to the selected transport company.
Once the goods arrive in Thailand, domestic delivery to the customer’s address will proceed only after the company has received proof of payment for the service charges or any other applicable expenses for that billing cycle.
- In the event of goods being damaged or lost during transportation, the customer must report the damage or loss within 3 days from the date of receipt of the goods for the company to conduct an inspection. If the report is made beyond this period, the company reserves the right to disclaim all responsibility in any case.
In the event of goods being damaged or lost during transportation, the company’s liability is limited to a maximum of three times the shipping fee, calculated only from the shipping fee of the damaged or lost goods.
If the customer has purchased cargo insurance through the company (must be notified in advance before sending goods to the China warehouse), the insurance provider will be responsible for the full value of the goods in the event of damage or loss during transportation.
For fragile goods such as ceramics, tiles, light bulbs, glassware, and similar items, the company reserves the right not to be held liable for any breakage or damage under all circumstances. If customers wish to ship such goods, they should request the supplier to pack them in wooden crates to reduce the risk of damage. The company also provides additional services such as wrapping, wooden crating, and palletizing, which customers may opt for. Prices for these services can be obtained from the sales department.

- If there are no wooden crates provided, the company can arrange packing service with a minimum fee of 500 THB per cubic meter.
For shipments over 1 CBM with a handling fee below 3,000 THB, an additional local delivery charge of 300 THB will be applied.
The company is not responsible for additional fees such as customs duties, import taxes, or other charges required by law. Customers are responsible for paying such fees directly.
Delivery is limited to Thailand only. If customers require further transport outside Thailand, additional agreements and fees must be arranged separately.
