- 01If there are no wooden crates provided, the company can arrange packing service with a minimum fee of 500 THB per cubic meter.
- 02If the China-to-Thailand freight cost is below 3,000 THB, an additional handling fee of 300 THB will be applied.
- 03The company is not responsible for additional fees such as customs duties, import taxes, or other charges required by law. Customers are responsible for paying such fees directly.
- 04Delivery is limited to Thailand only.

Register once and receive a unique Customer Key — your permanent identity for every shipment. No paperwork, no delays. Our team sets you up within one business day.
Get A Key →Send code to your supplier
Share your Customer Key and our China warehouse address with your factory or shop. They label your goods and send them directly to us — no middleman, no confusion.
We receive at China warehouse
We weigh, measure, photograph, and inspect every item upon arrival. Goods are sorted, packed, and loaded into the container — ready for export within 1–2 working days.
Arrival at Thailand warehouse
Your shipment clears Thai customs and arrives at our Chiang Mai warehouse. You receive a notification with a full itemised breakdown and the exact shipping cost.
Pay & confirm
Transfer the shipping fee and upload your proof of payment through Line or our app. Once confirmed, we schedule your delivery — typically within 1 - 3 business days.
Delivered to your door
Free delivery within Bangkok and the surrounding area. For upcountry destinations, we coordinate domestic transport to suit your needs. Fragile or oversized items receive special handling at every stage.
Shipping Terms & Conditions

Customers should verify their product type with staff before each shipment by providing a product image and name.

The company reserves the right to inspect and record product information, and does not accept illegal goods or flammable items — taking no responsibility for losses arising from such cases.

Customers must ensure their supplier clearly marks each package with the customer code and shipping method: truck (EK) or sea (SEA). If unspecified, the company will default to truck shipping.

Delivery times may vary due to factors outside the company's control, such as weather, traffic, or country regulations.

Absolutely. Just share our China warehouse address with your Taobao or 1688 seller and include your Customer Key on the package. We receive your goods, weigh them, and ship them to Thailand automatically — no overseas bank account needed, no middlemen.
You'll need to register as an importer through our online system first. Once registered, simply prepare the required documents and our team will handle the rest of the process for you.
Currently, Fastcargo specializes in imports from China to Thailand only. You can choose your preferred shipping route — either by truck or by sea.
